How To Convert Video To Audio/Mp3 In Linux Or Backtrack Os From Terminal

Hi To All The Mindbenders,
Today i Will Show you How to use ffmpeg to convert a video (an AVI or MP4 video, for example) to an MP3 that you can load on your MP3 player:
* FOR MP4 to MP3-use below command and learn from my results shown in Demo Section    ffmpeg -i video.mp4 -f mp3 -ab 192000 -vn music.mp3

But there's a catch: You have to have ffmpeg and the libavcode-unstripped-52 packages installed on your computer. The problem is that second package is available in the multiverse respository only. To enable the multiverse repository, select Administration from the System menu, then Software Sources. In the Ubuntu Software tab of the Software Sources dialog box, select the check box that reads Software Restricted By Copyright Or Legal Issues (Multiverse). Click the Close button when you're done.
After you've enabled the multiverse repository, you can install the ffmpeg and libavcodec-unstripped-52 packages from a Terminal window with the following command:

    sudo apt-get install ffmpeg libavcodec-unstripped-52

Now, let's go back to the options that I used with the ffmpeg command at the beginning of the article. The -i video.mp4 option is easy: it identifies the path to the input file. The -f mp3 option tells ffmpeg that we want the output format to be MP3. The -ab 192000 bit tells ffmpeg that we want our MP3 encoded at 192Kbps. The -vn option means "No video in the output". Finally, "music.mp3" is just the name we want to give to the output file.
That's it! Now, if you could just figure out how to download video from popular sites on the Internet, you could extract MP3 audio from your downloads!

How To Utilize Google For Some Common Tasks

Hi To All The Mindbenders,
Today i teach you about google facts.
how many of you know that google is a search engine based on spiders.
means whenever user search down a keyphrase or keyword in google search bar google use his spiders/crawlers and try to download a copy of your site their own server these crawled sites is arranged in a order of their increasing relevancy. and one more fact about google is google is blind when it comes to reading images from a website.

So here is a small demo for my upcoming tutorials with google search bar .
step1.
visit  google.com
then type a long calculation like
1+9999*2/3 =?

can u guess

i know that it is very hard to explain that how google calculates a input when we type in search bar.

Troubleshooting Social Engineering Toolkit With Devender Mahto

Hello To The Mindbenders,
The Tutorial i Am Sharing Is Due to My Own Bad Luck, And you will hardly find this on any where in the web.
today i was very tensed so can't handle any more errors regarding my main os, i was in great trouble when i found that my set toolkit shows error like metasploit not found and then i tried to resolve this by removing all contents of set directory but mah bad luck by mistake i used accidently rm -rf *   in a new terminal of backtrack and that affected my home folder and i lost almost valuable 5gb data.

then i used testdisk but still not fetched my data. after that i decided to reinstall my set toolkit

steps:-
Step 1.

Install Synaptic package manager(skip this step if you have already installed synaptic package manager)
  • apt-get install synaptic

Step 2.
remove set toolkit from synaptic package manager
  • open synaptic package manager and search for set then right click on set and mark for complete removal

Step 3.
then manually remove all
Dependency of social engineering toolkit

so i again cd to set directory which is show in figure

Step 4. After removing all Dependency of set i planned to re-install The Latest Version Of Social Engineering Toolkit open a terminal and type
sudo bash
and then type exactly the same command as i did in figures

Step 5.

Now run The Set toolkit use below commands in figures

Step 6.
Accept The EULA(End User Licence Agreement)

Step 7.
Then You Can See This Screen That Proves That Set is installed Correctly

Step 8.
Then Open A New Terminal And Do What i did This Will Install Set-toolkit universal means no matter where you are just type se-toolkit and you will get into social engineering toolkit

Step 9.
Starting The Se-Toolkit refer to below image
click image to see a bigger image

Step 10.
then from set menu choose 6th option To update Set Configuration

Now You Will no Longer Face Error Like Metasploit Not Found.

Create a mirror(offline site) of a website with Wget

Hi To All The Mindbenders,

GNU's wget command line program for downloading is very popular, and not without reason. While you can use it simply to retrieve a single file from a server, it is much more powerful than that and offers many more features.

One of the more advanced features in wget is the mirror feature. This allows you to create a complete local copy of a website, including any stylesheets, supporting images and other support files. All the (internal) links will be followed and downloaded as well (and their resources), until you have a complete copy of the site on your local machine.

In its most basic form, you use the mirror functionality like so:

root@bt:~# wget -m http://www.example.com/

There are several issues you might have with this approach, however.

First of all, it's not very useful for local browsing, as the links in the pages themselves still point to the real URLs and not your local downloads. What that means is that, if, say, you downloaded http://www.example.com/, the link on that page to http://www.example.com/page2.html would still point to example.com's server and so would be a right pain if you're trying to browse your local copy of the site while being offline for some reason.

To fix this, you can use the -k option in conjunction with the mirror option:

root@bt:~# wget -mk http://www.example.com/

Now, that link I talked about earlier will point to the relative page2.html. The same happens with all images, stylesheets and resources, so you should be able to now get an authentic offline browsing experience.

There's one other major issue I haven't covered here yet - bandwidth. Disregarding the bandwidth you'll be using on your connection to pull down a whole site, you're going to be putting some strain on the remote server. You should think about being kind and reduce the load on them (and you) especially if the site is small and bandwidth comes at a premium. Play nice.

One of the ways in which you can do this is to deliberately slow down the download by placing a delay between requests to the server.

root@bt:~# wget -mk -w 20 http://www.example.com/

This places a delay of 20 seconds between requests. Replace that number, and optionally you can add a suffix of m for minutes, h for hours, and d for ... yes, days, if you want to slow down the mirror even further.

Now if you want to make a backup of something, or download your favourite website for viewing when you're offline, you can do so with wget's mirror feature. To delve even further into this, check out wget's man page (man wget) where there are further options, such as random delays, setting a custom user agent, sending cookies to the site and lots more.

Quick Tutorial

wget -rkpNl5 www.sysadmin.md

-r — Retrieve recursively

-k — Convert the links in the document to make them suitable for local viewing

-p — Download everything (inlined images, sounds, and referenced stylesheets)

-N — Turn on time-stamping

-l5 — Specify recursion maximum depth level 5
